Prepaid Debit Cards are the answer to all of these!  Solupay has the perfect prepaid solution.  Initially the card is sold to the customer as a prepaid debit/atm card.  This card is issued instantly at the point of sale allowing the customer instant gratification.  Most products on the market require people to wait 7-10 days to get the card in the mail. 

• The Debit MasterCard® Card also works at ATM’s, and for purchases at millions of locations worldwide, without credit checks or a bank account.
• The Card is a secure, cash based debit (stored value) card that is a safe solution for anyone who does not have a credit card or is trying to avoid getting further into debt with his current card(s).
• The Card works much like a rechargeable prepaid telephone card in that you can purchase it in a retail store, determine the amount of funds you would like on the card and then add value to it at a later date when initial funds have been depleted.

To activate the card, your customer must first take the package with the Card to the cashier and buy it for $9.95.  Then, depending upon your set-up, the customer will either go to a service desk or the cashier will swipe his or her card through the terminal, thus activating the card.  We will provide software for this purpose to you directly.  Value is then added to the card after it is swiped in any amount desired (initial “loads” average $120.00).

Once value has been added to the card, the card can be used at merchants accepting PIN Debit cards (over 25 million point-of-sale terminals) and at nearly 800,000 ATM’s worldwide.  Supported networks include Cirrus®, Star®, Pulse® and Maestro®.   The cardholder can add value to his card at any time by visiting any participating retail establishment (load center), such as yours, to add money on the card, thus increasing traffic to your location.
