While we can convert properties using standard Hypercom and Verifone equipment at no additional charge, our team works to provide a tighter, more integrated solution by working with leading property management systems such as Profit Manager, HIS, Springer Miller, Fidelio, LMS and middleware providers like Southern Data Comm and Shift 4. In addition to integration at the front desk, we address all ancillary locations within the property such as golf courses, restaurants, retail shops and spas.

Automating and reducing the expense of reconciliation is another key goal of Solupay. Our clients can access daily, weekly and monthly reports online. In addition, each location can utilize our transaction inquiry tools which can quickly verify a duplicate charge and avoid the cumbersome chargeback process before it starts.

Solupay also reviews current chargeback processing procedures to rebuke the claims of cardholders attempting to dispute charges including “no shows”. One such client was able to reduce chargebacks 90%- from 90 per year to below 5 annually.
