We are currently testing and certifying solutions that will provide our check conversion product to some of the nation’s largest point-of-sale companies in grocery and retail today. The core module is being finalized, and a mini-cert with each of the systems is currently in place. Below we have listed just a few of the many register systems in which electronic check conversion will work:
1. IBM running SA 2. IBM Ace 3. ISS45 / StoreNext / StoreLine (Retalix) 4. ISIS (Systech Openfield) 5. NCR Fastlane 6. NCR ACS 7. JDA WinDSS 8. AutoStar 9. Innovax Safari and Aurora
Outside of integrated point-of-sale solutions, we also support a wide range of stand-alone Dial and IP enabled terminals, such as the Verifone Tranz terminals, Omni 3200, 3740 or 3750, Hypercom T7 series and Ingenico 3000.
After reviewing the benefits of implementing a check conversion program, this becomes a high priority for many merchants:
- Faster checkout at the point-of-sale translates into increased revenue and greater convenience for you and your customers.
- Improved security- Paper checks are returned at the point of sale, minimizing the number of individuals who see personal data on checks.
- Improved Record Keeping- Detailed transaction information appears on checking account statements and your terminal will have detail and totals, just like your current credit and debit card processing reports.
- We eliminate deposit fees on checks from your financial institution.
- Store level labor is reduced by not adding up the checks after each shift, preparing a deposit slip, and balancing each register.
- There is no paper for your accounting staff to handle, process, and forward to your bank
- Returns automatically feed into the database within 48-72 hours, unlike paper checks that take 5-10 days to be returned, and then must be added manually to a database.
- All returns processing occur without any manual efforts from your staff.
- We even do traditional collections for the worst of the checks (account closed and those we cannot collect electronically).
