Solupay developed this solution to assist you in providing a complete and accurate response in an effort to increase your chances of winning this cardholder challenge. Just select the card in question and choose the reason code. All you need to do is follow the questions to determine what is ultimately needed to win the case. 

Discover Network has both numeric and alpha-numeric dispute reason codes. Your documentation may include either value.
 

Draft retrieval requested are instances whereby the cardholder is requesting more information on the transaction. Please provide documentation of the transactions including the approval code issued at the time of the sale. In addition, any additional documentation assisting the cardholder to recognize the sale will be helpful. Please supply this documentation on all of the following retrieval request reason codes.
