The founders of Solupay Processing Systems (SPS) have been in the national and mid-market credit card processing business since 1994. Our principals have a combined 40 years of industry experience and have consulted, converted and serviced some of the largest merchants in the nation.

While our competition has succumbed to the temptation of short term gains through pricing increases on their loyal customers, Solupay has demonstrated that strong revenue growth can be achieved by retaining 97% of our client base. This model has proven quite effective over the last six years as Solupay now exceeds over $2 billion in annual payment processing volume.

Solupay’s processing and revenue growth continues to be extremely strong. Both of which were up over 59% and 33% respectively in the last quarter of 2010. With zero debt, and being privately held Solupay has the luxury of making long term strategic decisions without the interference of Wall Street and/or outside investors.
